PYAAR& TERMS OF USE

By visiting this site and/or signing up on “PYAAR&”, whether through a mobile device, mobile application or computer you agree to be bound by these terms of Use. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, please do not join the community.

1. Pyaar& is a community and aims to provide a safe and accessible platform to the members of the community and/or those looking to explore the space of non-monogamy, polyamory and kink lifestyle. The group functions as a platform for the community and is moderated by the core members who thrive to provide online as well as offline events for the community. The group in no way assumes any responsibility or liability for any members and the users undertake to follow and engage with each other in a safe and respectable manner. The users further undertake that they shall not do or act in any manner that does not adhere to the consent model.

2. Community Rules.

As a community member, you agree that you will not:

2.a. use the community for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this document.

2.b. use the community for any harmful or nefarious purpose

2.c. violate the Community guidelines, as updated from time to time.

2.d. spam, solicit money from or defraud any members.

2.e. impersonate any person or entity or post any images of another person without their permission.

2.f. bully, “stalk”, intimidate, assault, harass, mistreat or defame any person.

2.g. post any content that violates or infringes anyone’s rights, including rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or contract right.

3. You are not authorized to access or be a part of the group/community unless the following are true:

3.a. you are at least 18 years of age.

3.b. you will comply with the terms and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.

4. Your privacy is important to us and we will not divulge any information to anyone. However, please note that we are a platform committed to providing a safe space to members of the community who are free to divulge information to each other, and we shall not be responsible for any such individual divulging information shared by you.

5. Pyaar& strives to encourage a respectful member experience by providing a platform for members of the Community to explore themselves in a safe environment. Sharing of nude or explicit pictures, videos or any content depicting intimate scenarios, is discouraged by Pyaar& and not permissible to be shared on the groups. If you are sharing any such content off the groups with someone, protection of yourself is solely your responsibility and Pyaar& will not be responsible for your actions. Furthermore, if such content is shared, or asked to be shared by you, either on the group or off the group, without seeking explicit consent, it would be considered as harassment and due anti harassment process will be actioned against you by Pyaar&.

6. You agree to respect the members of the group, their privacy and choices. As members of the group, you are required to exercise caution in all interactions with other members, particularly if you decide to communicate off the group. All communication or meetings shall be subject to consent of all parties involved and we shall not be responsible for anything outside of the groups. For us practicing consent is of utmost importance and members who fail to respect the same shall be permanently banned from the group and will not be allowed to access the Community or attend any events hosted by us. Furthermore, upon termination of your access, membership fee paid by you shall stand forfeited.

7. The content, conversation, discussions you submit, post, or display on the groups will be able to be viewed by other users. All Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. Being an organisation that thrives to provide a safe space to the community, we also engage in spreading awareness and to provide a support system to the members of the community. In this context, we may use the written content and inputs/insights shared on the group for creating knowledge-based material to spread awareness. No personal information or pictures shall be divulged and Pyaar& will keep the anonymity and privacy of its users intact.

8. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. You understand that Pyaar& does basic vetting for entry but does not conduct background checks on its members or otherwise inquire into the background of its members. Pyaar& makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct or compatibility of members. Pyaar& is not a dating platform or app.
